Citizenship
The capital of Austria, Vienna, is on the 3rd rank as to the highest standard of living after Zurich and Geneva (listed by Mercer, Human Resource Consulting Worldwide Quality of Living Survey 2007). This study is based on the quality and availability of hospital and medical services, levels of air pollution and infectious diseases. Other criteria like waste - removal, water potability and the presence of harmful animals and insects have also been taken into account.

Austria is one of the most respected of European countries. Since Austria established neutrality in 1955, it has striven for good contacts not only within Europe and Overseas, but also in the Middle East. Chancellor Bruno Kreisky negotiated in the 70´s not only with Israel but also with the Arab World which boosted Austria´s reputation worldwide. In 1979, the United Nations moved to Austria and founded one of their headquarters there.

Therefore, an Austrian passport is respected all over the world. Travelling with an Austrian passport ensures you will be treated well all over the world.

The ways to acquire an Austrian passport are difficult without the correct advisor. Our main field is helping people to become Austrian within the shortest period of time possible.

Usually, it is not possible to become Austrian before becoming a resident of this country.

To become an immediate citizen of Austria, there is a loophole in the Austrian citizenship law ("Staatsbürgerschaftsgesetz"):

If the Austrian government declares that the applicant has done, and will do in the future, things which will extraordinarily benefit the Republic of Austria, citizenship can be granted before the usual waiting period of 10 years.

To qualify as such an extraordinary beneficiary, the applicant must prove extraordinary cultural, scientific or economic benefits. Such a cultural benefit could be for example a donation to the Museum of Arts; a scientific benefit could be a donation to a university. An economic benefit could be an investment in an Austrian based company, for example a start - up, creating new jobs and boosting the Austrian economy with such.

There are two very interesting benefits to becoming an Austrian citizen through this citizenship programme:
  • The applicant is allowed to keep his present citizenship; this is an exemption, as normally the Austrian law does not allow double citizenship
  • The applicant is not obliged to learn German. This is also an exemption as well, as all other applicants need to show sufficient knowledge of this language
Our company provides not only investment/donation possibilities, it monitors the whole application process, cares for the necessary political support and guides the applicant on his way to become Austrian and obtain an Austrian passport.
